  • 3.5 ounces chicken breast or tender strips
  • 1 cup greens
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 lemon juiced

  • Warm the 1 High-protein flatbread . Add to a bowl.
    Delicious homemade flatbread with golden-brown crust, perfect for sharing or pairing with dips and t.
  • Heat a small frying pan on medium-high heat with 1 tsp olive oil. In a small bowl, add the juice of 1/2 a lemon to 3.5 ounces chicken breast or tender strips, turning to coat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165F, about 4 minutes per side.

  • Spread 1/4 cup homemade tzatziki on the flatbread.
