- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt full-fat
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2%
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp- walnuts roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp Honey raw
- 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
Blend the cottage cheese until smooth, then add the Greek yogurt. If it gets too thick, add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Add seeds and blend until fully mixed.
Pour into a bowl. Top with berries.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and honey mixture over.
Top with walnuts.
Let the chia seeds hydrate for 5 minutes for a creamier texture.
