Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt full-fat
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2%
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp- walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey raw
  • 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, chia, hemp, and flaxseeds together in blender.

  • Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Notes

Let the chia seeds hydrate for 5 minutes for a creamier texture.
