Equipment

  • 1 Whisk or spoon
  • 2 Dessert jars or containers
  • 1 Tea kettle
  • 1 8 ounce cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt fat free
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein sugar free
  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Rose tea
  • 1 tbsp Rose tea
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Granola
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free Cool Whip

Instructions

  • Toss 1 cup Strawberries with 1/2 cup Rose tea and let sit about 10 minutes.

  • Mix 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder with 1 cup Greek yogurt and mixture until smooth.

  • Add 1 tbsp Rose tea to yogurt mixture and mix until creamy and fluffy.

  • Add 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips to mixture and mix in.

  • Place a layer of strawberries at the bottom of a dessert cup or jar.

  • Put about 2 tbsp of yogurt mix over and sprinkle 1/4 cup Olive Oil Granola, 1 tbsp at a tim. Repeat until done. Finish with 2 tbsp Sugar-free Cool Whip, 1 tbsp for each jar. You can serve immediately but the flavors will meld with 10-30 minutes in the fridge.

Notes

  • Can be refrigerated for 2-3 days, but the granola with soften within 24 hours.
