Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil orange flavored extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove finely grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp basil finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano Greek preferred
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 small garlic clove, 1/4 tsp sea salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  • Stir in 2 tbsp parsley, 1 tbsp basil, and 1/2 tsp dried oregano . Slowly pour 1/3 cup olive oil while whisking until the dressing thickens and emulsifies.

Notes

  • Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 5 days.
